Orrery Model Rotating Brass Gears 9 Planets

✔ See celestial motion in action: Follow the Moon orbiting Earth as Earth orbits the Sun, with all 9 planets—including Pluto—and 28 moons represented. The moving display makes the mechanics of the solar system easier to observe.

✔ Detailed brass gear mechanism: An exposed mechanism reveals solid brass gears beneath the rotating planets. Mercury completes about 1,028 orbits for every Pluto orbit, with Mercury taking about 4 seconds and Pluto about 4 hours in the model.

✔ Crafted from stone, brass, and oak: The Sun, planets, and moons are made from fine semi-precious stone spheres. A twelve-sided oak case, 12 solid brass feet, an engraved brass calendar and zodiac ring, and a removable solid brass armillary sphere complete the detailed construction.
